brewing process:
handpicked, stored in the normal temperature of 16 C stainless steel cylinder of natural fermentation, impregnated through a new French oak barrel storage aging for 12 months, to supplement the aroma of red wine, while providing a moderate amount of oxygen to make wine round and harmonious.
