brewing process:

handpicked, stored in the normal temperature of 28 C stainless steel cylinder of natural fermentation, after a new French and American oak barrels storage aged 12 months, to supplement the aroma of red wine, while providing a moderate amount of oxygen to make wine round and harmonious. The bottling cellar for 12 months is the year of the bottle. It is purely natural fermentation, clarification, equilibrium and precipitation.
