brewing process:
handpicked, stored in the normal temperature of 27 C stainless steel cylinder of natural fermentation, impregnated through a new French oak barrel storage aging for 18 months, to supplement the aroma of red wine, while providing a moderate amount of oxygen to make wine round and harmonious. The bottling cellar for 15 months is the year of the bottle. It is purely natural fermentation, clarification, equilibrium and precipitation.
